Zip Code & Territory Policy

HiEnd Accents does not offer zip code, radius or territory exclusivity. That applies to every brand we sell, including HiEnd Accents, Paseo Road, Indigo Hill and Stetson Home, and it's the same answer for every account.

We make thousands of items across every style and price point, so stores near each other usually end up with very different floors. Over the past year, about 95% of the typical store's looks weren't carried by any other HiEnd Accents retailer in its town.

How We Protect Your Business

Your price. MAP is MSRP for every retailer, in every advertising channel, online included. Selling our products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or any other marketplace requires our written approval. See our MAP Policy.

Your margin. If a shopper shows you one of our products advertised below MAP, match the price and we'll credit you the difference. During our announced promotions, we split the discount with you 50/50. See our Price Match Credit Program, for brick-and-mortar dealers who stock our products.

Your privacy. We never share your account, your purchases or your pricing with another retailer, and we won't share theirs with you.

Your floor. Tell us about your customer, and we'll help you choose the beds that fit your store.
