Build our bedding collections from concept to production: line plans, artwork and colorways, construction details and production-ready tech packs. Bedding or soft home product development experience required.

About the Role

This is a line-building role, not surface design alone. You will plan seasonal assortments across our brands, adapt vendor artwork into colorways that fit the line plan and specify every construction detail, from quilting layouts to trims. You will work with domestic and overseas partners to keep development on schedule. Hours are standard business hours, with occasional early-morning or evening vendor calls at key milestones and comp time in return.

What You Will Do

  • Build seasonal line plans for quilts, comforters, duvet covers, sheets, decorative pillows and throws
  • Curate and adapt vendor artwork (color indexing, repeats, overprints) and build colorways
  • Specify constructions and details: quilting layouts, stitch densities, piecing, embroidery, trims, labels and packaging
  • Build and maintain tech packs and BOMs, and track samples, strike-offs, lab dips and approvals
  • Work with Sourcing on costing and value engineering to hit target margins
  • Turn trend and competitive research into concept boards, color palettes and fabric stories
  • Support showroom and web merchandising so products are presented as designed

What You Bring

  • 2 to 5 years of product development in home textiles or soft home (required)
  • Solid knowledge of fabrications, print techniques, quilting, embroidery and production
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • A portfolio that shows full collections and tech packs, not only standalone patterns
  • A bachelor's degree in textile design, product design, graphic design or a related field
  • Organized and collaborative, comfortable working with vendors around the world
  • Able to travel for markets and showroom work, about 4 to 6 weeks a year

Nice to Have

  • Bedding experience specifically
  • Familiarity with 3D or AI concepting tools
